Week1-Week7 Wu Ziyang /0368325 Intercultural Design / Creative media in design Proposal, Data Collection & Visual Design Instructions Project 1: Proposal We are to study a cultural phenomenon or a particular subculture and study within a chosen theme to convey our own interpretation of the particular culture without altering the actual facts of the culture. The general theme given is "Visualism - Visual Culture". We should produce a minimum of three preliminary ideas to visually express our interpretation of the culture we studied using design language. We are suggested to conduct the design in any digital form creatively. Each idea is to be supported by 200 words of rationale. Ideas Proposed & Preliminary Research We have decided to do a Mehndi Art and have conducted preliminary research on our ideas.
